Each home is thoughtfully structured to promote independence while maintaining safety and accountability, with daily routines designed to build life skills, encourage community engagement, and create meaningful experiences. 

  • Support services are guided by each individual’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) to ensure care is personalized and goal-oriented. Staff assist individuals with developing daily living skills such as personal care, cooking, household tasks, medication routines, and social skills, helping individuals grow toward greater independence.

  • Our homes are staffed by trained Direct Support Professionals who provide 24-hour supervision and support. Staff are trained in person-centered care, safety procedures, medication support, and behavioral support strategies. Our team works to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times.

  • We support individuals in becoming active members of their communities through meaningful activities and social engagement. Individuals are encouraged to participate in community outings, recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, and social events that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life.

  • Halia works closely with families, Supports Coordinators, and clinical providers to ensure coordinated and consistent care. We maintain open communication and participate in team meetings to support each individual’s goals, health needs, and overall well-being.
